Cannot Find a Specific Transaction

Prerequisites:
- Cardholder must be logged in
- The transaction must be associated with the selected card
Steps:
- Log in to the Self-Service Portal (EuroOptic.ssbpgh.com)
- Make sure you are on the ‘Home’ Page
- Scroll down to the Recent Card Transactions section.
- Click the filter icon (sliders icon) at the top-right of the transaction section.
- Select the appropriate category tab: All, Purchase, Payments, Disputed, Refunds, Adjustment, Fees, or Interest.
- If you have multiple cards, use the card selector dropdown (upper-right) to switch to the correct card.
- Click on any individual transaction row to view full transaction details.
- If the transaction is not visible, scroll down to check for older transactions.
Troubleshooting:
- Pending transactions may not appear until fully posted.
- If looking for a disputed transaction, select the Disputed filter tab.

How to View Your Full Card Number or CVV

Prerequisites:

- The card must be active on the account
Steps:
- Log in to the Self-Service Portal (EuroOptic.ssbpgh.com)
- Make sure you are on the ‘Home’ page.
- Locate the card image on the right side of the screen.
- If you have multiple cards, use the arrow buttons or dropdown below the card image to navigate (e.g., 1 out of 2).
- On the card image, locate the Card Number checkbox and check it to reveal the full card number.
- Locate the CVV checkbox and check it to reveal the CVV.
- Note the expiration date displayed directly on the card image.
- Uncheck the boxes when finished to re-mask the sensitive details.
Troubleshooting:
- The card number and CVV are masked by default for security.
- If the checkboxes do not reveal the full number, try refreshing the page and logging in again.
- Virtual cards and physical cards may show separately - use the card navigator to view the correct card.
How to Set Up or Cancel a Recurring Payment

Prerequisites:
- Cardholder must be logged in
- At least one bank account must be linked via Manage Payment Methods
- A statement balance or minimum due must exist
Steps:
- Log in to the Self-Service Portal (EuroOptic.ssbpgh.com)
- Click on Payments in the left sidebar.
- Ensure you have a bank account linked (see Manage Payment Methods if not).
- Click the Recurring Payment tab.
- Fill in the recurring payment details: payment amount, frequency, start date, and the bank account to use.
- Review the payment schedule and confirm the details.
- Click Submit to activate the recurring payment.
- To cancel, click the Upcoming Payments tab to view scheduled payments.
- Locate the recurring payment and select the option to cancel or delete it.
Troubleshooting:
- Recurring payments will attempt to debit your linked bank account on the scheduled date.
- Ensure your bank account has sufficient funds on the payment date to avoid failed transactions.
- If a recurring payment fails, you will need to manually schedule a new payment.
- View your payment history in the Recent Payments tab.

Steps:

- On the right side panel, review the Statement Month, Statement Period, Minimum Due, Due Date, and Statement Balance.
- Below the statement summary, find the year heading (e.g., 2026).
- Click on any month listed (e.g., April - 0 Transaction) to view that period's transactions and payments.
- To view prior years' statements, scroll down to Previous Years.
- Click on any previous year to expand and view historical statements.
- Under Recent Payments, view all past payments made on the account.
Troubleshooting:
- If No data available appears under Previous Years, the account has not yet completed a full billing cycle in a prior year.
- If Minimum Due shows $0.00 but you believe a balance is owed, check Recent Card Transactions on the Home dashboard.

- The current state is shown next to the toggle.
- Click the toggle to switch the card OFF (OFF = blue and to the right).
- To re-enable the card, click the toggle again to switch it back ON.
Troubleshooting:
- Turning the card OFF blocks all new transactions but does not affect already-authorized pending transactions.
- If you have multiple cards, confirm you are toggling the correct one using the card selector.
- Set up a Blocked Card alert in Alerts Setup to receive notification when your card status changes.

How to Update Your Home Address

- If you did not receive the code, click Resend Code.
- Once verified, update your contact details in the editable fields.
- Click Save to confirm the changes.
Troubleshooting:
- If you are not receiving the OTP, check your email spam/junk folder.
- The code expires after approximately 5 minutes - click Resend Code to get a new one.

- Click the Monetary tab to configure spending alerts:
- Transaction Activity: Set Notify If condition and amount. Check Email and/or SMS. Click Submit.
- Dispute Raised: Set condition and amount. Check Email and/or SMS. Click Submit.
- Dispute Settled: Set condition and amount. Check Email and/or SMS. Click Submit.
- Click the Status tab:
- Blocked Card: Check Email and/or SMS checkbox. Click Submit.
- Lost Card: Check Email and/or SMS checkbox. Click Submit.
- Each alert type requires its own Submit button to be clicked to save.
Troubleshooting:
- If you are not receiving alerts, ensure the Allow Alerts master toggle is ON.
- Verify your email address and mobile number are up to date in Account Services > Personal Details.
- Each alert type is configured independently - click Submit for each row you want to save.

- Enter your Last Name.

- The system will verify your identity against your existing card account.
- If verified, you will be prompted to create a User Name and Password.
- Your new User Name must meet any displayed requirements.
- Your Password must meet the security requirements shown.
- Click Submit or Confirm to complete registration.
- You can now log in using your new User Name and Password.
